SHIPPING & RETURNS

At Melapop Skin, our products are made in small batches to ensure quality and consistency. Please allow 3–7 business days for processing. During holidays or high-volume periods, processing times may be extended.

We ship domestic orders via USPS or FedEx Priority, with an estimated delivery time of 2–3 business days after shipment. International orders are shipped via DHL Express.

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to your email. Melapop Skin is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or damage caused by the carrier.

At this time, we do not accept returns, but we do offer store credit for approved issues. If you experience a problem with your order, please contact our team within 5 days of delivery so we can help resolve it.
